Radiating from white to yellow, this Blanc de Blancs waxes in like the moon; pure, stony and mysterious. The cooler than average 2021 vintage spins flinty acid through apples, pears and white peach. Shaped by amphora, lending a delicate structure, laced up en pointe and awash in a graceful mousse. Zero dosage ensures the intensity of fruit tails right into the resolutely dry, energetic finish, spiced with ginger.
